"Our world is getting smaller and is being brought together by more and ever quicker means of communication, the 24-hour news cycle, and yet, I believe, we are communicating less and less. The gap between the haves and the haves-not gets larger and larger. Sadly, we all know there is no shortage of material. Equally, access is increasingly controlled and censorship has become a subtle art – a camera in the wrong, or is it the right hands, which is in the right or wrong place, has the power to change the course of history”
Nick Danziger

The Faculty of the School is composed of a Programme Director, an Associate Programme Director, and Facilitators for the teaching modules.

The Programme Director is Nick Danziger, an outstanding personality in the field of human rights documentary making, photographer and writer, who acts as the senior facilitator of the discussions during the first and third sections of the school.

The Associate Programme Director is Claudia Modonesi, expert in the organisation and management of cultural event related to human rights.
She will act as the anchorperson for participants in the school, and as facilitator of a workshop for the development of personal projects of participants.
